The professional me...

My background is unique. I had previously worked in the financial sector and have a master's degree in statistics with finance. In addition, I trained as a UX/UI designer at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. In the past few years, I have been working in tech startups, publishers, education institutions, and as a freelancer. I have grown to be a generalist who handles project management, UX, UI, visual design, and graphic design.

Now, I would like to join a company that has a design team, so that I can contribute my design skills and work ethic to the company, as well as learning from senior designers to broaden my skillset.

Me after work...

I pay a lot of attention to details in my daily life. As a user of daily products, I consciously experience which part of the design is smart and attractive to customers. I am interested not only in designing a product aesthetically but also in the philosophy of design. I try to stay current on the latest trends by accessing mainstream design platforms such as Dribbble and Behance, and articles platforms such as Medium.

I like sports. I am a baseball and basketball fan, as well as a new football fan, currently learning tennis. You may see me in batting cages or at Oakland A’s stadium. I like being in nature, hiking over mountains and in forests. So you may encounter me in some national parks. I love visiting museums and learning about other cultures. Don’t be surprised if you see me at the Oakland Museum of California. I also like animals, plants, movies, beers, traveling, singing, reading…
